      How long does it take to receive my order?

      All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or sales periods.

      What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept Credit/Debit Card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). All card payments are processed securely via the bank’s payment gateway using OTP verification.

      Is shipping free?

      • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Free shipping

      • Cash on Delivery: 70 EGP shipping fee

      Can I exchange or return my order?

      • Credit/Debit Card Orders: Free exchange and free refund

      • Cash on Delivery Orders: Exchange fee 30 EGP, Refund fee 40 EGP

      What is Pargo Click & Collect?

      • You can collect your order from over 200 Pargo pickup points across Egypt. Orders must be collected within 7 days from delivery to the pickup point. Uncollected orders will be returned.

      How do you protect my personal and payment information?

      • We do not save your card information.

      • Card payments are encrypted and processed via the bank’s secure payment gateway.

      • Personal information is only used to complete your order, verify your payment, or handle delivery/returns.

      • We follow industry best practices to ensure your data is safe and secure.

      Do you ship internationally?

      • Currently, we ship only within Egypt. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us at online@zee-official.com.

      What happens if I don’t collect my Pargo Click & Collect order?
      • If your order is not collected within 7 days from the delivery date at the pickup point, it will be automatically returned.
      Can I pay with a credit/debit card on delivery?

      • No, card payments must be completed online through the secure bank gateway. Cash on Delivery is available for payment at the time of delivery.
